Lundqvist's First Shutout of the Season/Year

After posting 10 shutouts last season, Lundqvist finally got his first shutout of the season in the 4-0 victory against the Penguins, which lost five in a row, tonight (damn it! didn't watch it live...). By the way, Lundqvist had a really bad December as his records were 4 wins, 5 losses with a 3.74 GAA and .873 save percentage... Well, Lundqvist's always a strong finisher so I didn't mind if he's got cold during the season. To my surprise, Rangers' powerplay unit actually scored two goals and finally didn't give up any shorthanded goals. Anyway, the Rangers played more games than any teams in the Eastern Conference but only managed to lead Flyers and Devils, which still had a few games in their hands, by one point. Unless the Rangers started playing great hockey right away, there's no way they could maintain their first place position in the Atlantic Division and Rangers' fans would see their beloved team fighting for the sixth or seventh position once again near the end of the season...
