What a good boss Tomoya has! (I wish my boss is more considerate like him...)
One evening, Tomoya's solo on a job without Yoshino's supervision and it costs him his date with Nagisa the next day as a problem is subsequently discovered and needs further repairs.
Though Yoshino tells him to go on his date, Tomoya's sorry for his mistake and voluntarily helps Yoshino to fix the problem.

Comments: Well, all people make mistake so Tomoya really doesn't have to be remorseful for one little mistake. To me, I prefer understanding from the boss to support from your fellow coworkers since the first one seldom exits >< (because the first thing that a supervisor does is yelling at you followed by impatiently instructing what the right thing to do next). It'll just make you feel much better when you have someone who have been through your situation and would back you up when you're facing difficult challenges. So Tomoya's damn lucky to get both.
