While the cat's attached to Tomoya, the students like to go to Misae Sagara (相楽美佐枝) for advices.
Tomoya dozes off in the room and hears the cat talking to him about a light that can grant a single wish. Finally, the light thing is introduced to the anime.
Well, whose flashback is that or it's just a dream? Anyway, Misae's still a freshman in high school in the flashback/dream.

In the end, Katsuki knows that the boy that Misae likes has a girlfriend and he's torn between thoughts.
While he's trying to tell her truth indirectly by telling a story, he starts crying.
Misae, at first, doesn't understand and encourages Katsuki to pursue the girl in the story but finally realizes the girl's her when she sees the boy she likes with his girlfriend.
Misae's very similar to Kyou Fujibayashi as being extrovert and violent, and this episode really shows her attack techniques...
