Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles S02E01

After a short nine-episode-long first season, Fox actually has ordered a second season of 22 episodes. Well, besides the epic premiere of the first season, the other episodes didn't live up the expectation to me. I'm really puzzled by the behavior of the new terminator, Cameron Phillips, who acts exactly like a human in the first episode but becomes the female version of Arnold Schwarzenegger for the rest of the season...

While there's a big scar on her face after the explosion, her clothes are still in one piece.

Good girl gone bad...

Sarah's ex, the paramedic, can actually drive his ambulance and go around the city at his own will. How could he has so much time available?

Who's said terminators don't care about their appearance. See how she fix her face with the stapler!?

John's got two chances to pull the chip out so as to disable her. He doesn't have enough time in his first attempt but succeeds in the second one.

To my surprise, her last words are "I love you!"

It's time for cremation again...

... but John decides to take a chance and put the chip back...

Cameron's able to override her mission because she loves John?

Also, another antagonist is added...

... and she's a urinal terminator an undercover T-1001.

"I'm sorry I pissed you off!"

It's that a lack of creativity or what. Copying from Cameron's own classic scene...

Comments: Sarah's monologue in the opening scene of each episode is replaced by an unknown male voice-over. The "music video" in the beginning is very similar to the SWAT team massacre scene of the first season as the producer tries to be artistic but I just don't like both.
