SHIROBAKO - Goth Loli-sama

Ep 16 is just fantastic and it has a little of everything that makes Shirobako great.

Almost forgot that the director isn't only a fat guy who just eats and sleeps but is actually quite talented and surely has lots of awful experience in the past.

This episode mainly focuses on Iguchi's struggle to get the original author's approval on the character design but she eventually breaks through with the help of Ogasawara AKA the Goth Loli-sama! The final design is much better and the 2nd is definitely the worst.

To cheer her up, Ogasawara decides to turns Iguchi into a Goth...

... take her to a batting cage and show off her insane baseball skills!?

Don't think Girl Goth Loli Koshien will sell...

Ogasawara has her own bottleneck in the past and wears the goth outfit as some sort of armor to protect herself from unnecessary outside criticism. And Iguchi does take her advice very seriously and get her own costume!?

More Initial D stuff and Aoi isn't the only one who has crazy driving skills as Watanabe, the line producer, show off his drifting! Wondering who's gonna win if Aoi and Watanabe race against each other.

Last but not least, the epic Ema's dance!!! I'd love to do this exercise at work too!
