A little prologue in the beginning: The lead male and female protagonists met before when the male protagonist's still a boy.
The OP: iDOLM@STER?
This intertitle scene is so "Haruhi..."
I only start to get the meaning of the op in the fourth episode after all the characters are introduced.
This is like the third time I've seen Haruka Tomatsu (戸松遥) in the lead roles this year. Man, she must be popular now!
So the male protagonist, Jin Mikuriya (御厨仁), crafts a wooden statue at home for an art project, and suddenly it grows in size and turns into a girl (Monkey King!?)
The girl, Nagi (ナギ), claims that she's a deity of a sacred tree but later finds out the tree is being cut down...
Well, I don't think Jin's anything to do with your tree...
Crying after learning the truth... Poor Nagi><
Nagi's mission is to cleanse the impurities of the world but her power weakens after the tree is cut down.
Wow, I've thought Jin just saves your life!?
Anyway, Jin just takes her home and allows her to stay.
It's the moment Jin realizes he's never been alone with a girl at home...
To break this moment of silence and embarrassment, Jin turns on the TV to view the wrong show. Luckily, Nagi doesn't see it but instead watch a cartoon about magical girls.
That inspires her to make a magical girl-themed staff...
Well, it's childish but it really works.
Nagi's so cute and doesn't look like a deity at all.
Another h scene moment?
Jin tries to hide her erotic magazines by writing the word "school books" on the box... nice job...
The look of the cashier is so funny as Jin's trying to buy an underwear for
The Full Monty by Jin... nice ass...
The ed is really old-fashioned and is also sang by Haruka Tomatsu.
Comments: I absolutely love this anime and I may post the remaining episodes during the week.
