This is definitely the best goal so far and it's so funny at first to see Hagman get checked by the ref, kneed in the head and then get a puck in the face. But the end result is so great as he activates the god mode and dekes pass four skaters to score.

P.S. Thank god! Rangers finally score win and snap the losing streak!

Rangers never failed to disappoint their fans during their four-game losing streak (scoring only six goals and giving up 17 goals to the opponents). First, they gave up five third-period goals to the Penguins. Then they've got shut out by a rookie goalie and nearly got shut out on Adam Grave's night while facing the Trashers, one of the worst teams in the league. When you think nothing could top these performances, Rangers allowed double-figure goals and six third-period goals (Yeah that's right! It equaled to the numbers of goals Rangers scored in four games) to the Stars last night. The only good thing about this game was that I stopped watching after the second period and successfully avoided the six-goal embarrassment. Somehow, Rangers are still in the fifth position but the eight-seeded Panthers are only trailing by five points. If the playoff started now, I don't think Rangers have any chance to beat any of the top-seeded teams. However, if Rangers keep fooling around like this, this concern would certainly go away since they might not even have a chance to face them by failing to get into the playoff…

Eat, Commute, Work & Sleep

With the start of busy season and overtime, my time is all consumed and I have about 1.5 hours free time each day to relax (?) but I’m always too tired to do so and fall asleep. Ah! My back is killing me as it is tight and stiff after all these hours of work…

2009 Winter New Anime 3

Trying to wrap up this topic. I've just decided to drop アキカン！ (diminishing quality + very annoying character voice) and 宇宙をかける少女 (falling asleep while watching... automatically death sentence). But it won't decrease the quantity I'm watching this winter since two more new animes are added to the lineup...

At first, I've thought that this time the skirt is really short...


... but actually Kyoto uses the same footage from the OVAs for the TV series so the uniform is still below the knees... (Too bad... the excitement only lasts less than three minutes... plus I've spent two hours watching the OVAs prior this TV series thinking it'd be a continuation of the OVAs...)


源氏物語千年紀


The best new anime this winter though the OP is really odd. Before watching it, I've only read one chapter of Genji Monogatari and this anime certainly makes me want to pick up the original classic again.
